Online Tutor

Ace Tutoring Hub is looking for a part-time online tutor to support Key Stage 3 and GCSE students in their subject area. Lessons are one-to-one and take place over Zoom, mainly after school and in the evenings. We’re looking for someone who can explain topics clearly, adapt lessons to each student and help them build confidence as well as subject knowledge. The role involves preparing and delivering weekly lessons, supporting students with the areas they find challenging, and providing brief feedback after each session. Some of our students have additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia or anxiety, so a patient and understanding approach is important. This is a flexible, self-employed role. The number of students and available hours will depend on the subjects and times you can offer.
